Whraxellxaldryon is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our custom furniture. Because each piece is made to order according to your specifications, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

Custom Furniture Policy

All custom furniture is made to order based on your approved design, measurements, and material selections. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom furniture cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Defects and Errors

If you receive custom furniture with a manufacturing defect or that does not match the approved specifications, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will:

  • Inspect the item to verify the issue
  • Repair the defect at no cost to you, if possible
  • Replace the item if repair is not feasible
  • Provide a full refund if neither repair nor replacement is possible

Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our furniture, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with design choices that were approved during the design process.

We encourage thorough review of all designs, materials, and specifications before final approval to ensure the finished piece meets your expectations.

Inspection Period

Upon delivery, please inspect your custom furniture immediately. Report any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or improper care
  • Modifications made after delivery

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method. Refunds are only issued for items with verified manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Shipping and Handling

If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. For items returned for other reasons (if applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
